These terms apply to emissar.ai and to Emissar's public A2A agent at emissar.ai/a2a/v1 (together, "the services"), operated by Emissar. By using the services, you agree to them. Separate written agreements with design partners or customers take precedence over these terms where they conflict.
Using the services
You may read the site, use the public agent, and build software that talks to the agent, as long as you follow our acceptable use policy. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms for it.
The public agent
The agent is provided for information and early access requests. It has no uptime commitment, we may rate-limit or block traffic that affects its availability, and we may change or retire it. Don't rely on it for decisions that matter; its answers describe Emissar and nothing else.
Content
The site's text, design, and code examples belong to Emissar or its licensors. You may quote the site with attribution and use the code examples on this site in your own software. The Emissar name and logo are ours; follow the press kit when you use them.
Statements about the future
Product pages describe modules that are in development or planned. Their scope and timing may change, and nothing on the site is a promise that a feature will ship.
Third-party standards and links
The site refers to open standards and links to other sites that we don't control. Emissar isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the organizations that maintain those standards.
Disclaimer
The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Emissar isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, and our total liability for any claim relating to the free services is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it.
