Acceptable use policy

This policy covers people and agents using emissar.ai and Emissar's public A2A agent. An agent acting for you is covered too, and you're responsible for what it does.

Don't

• Send traffic at a volume or rate that degrades the services for others.
• Try to read, modify, or cancel tasks that your own requests didn't create, or to guess task identifiers.
• Submit another person's details for early access without their permission.
• Impersonate a person, company, or agent, or misrepresent whom your agent acts for.
• Send malware, exploit code, or content meant to manipulate the agent into ignoring its instructions against other users.
• Use the services to break the law or to violate anyone's rights.

Security research

We welcome good-faith research. Stay within your own data, avoid degrading the services, don't access or keep other people's information, and report what you find to security@emissar.ai before disclosing it publicly. We won't pursue action against research that follows these rules.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, block, or remove access for traffic that breaks this policy, and delete data it created.
