The problem
Many tasks end with money changing hands. Agent payment standards exist: AP2 at the level of agent coordination, and x402 at the level of HTTP requests. A business still has to connect them to its own processor, refund policy, and books.
How it works
- A task reaches an outcome that requires a payment or refund.
- Settle checks the amount against the limits in the Mandate.
- The payment runs through a supported standard and processor.
- The Ledger receipt records the transaction.
Open standards
Built on AP2 and x402. Emissar does not define its own payment protocol.
Availability
Planned. Depends on Mandate and Ledger.
